Appointments & Fees
APPOINTMENTS, FEES, & PAYMENTS
A standard psychotherapy session is 50 minutes long, and sessions are usually held once or twice a week, based on treatment needs and scheduling availability. Fees are structured as follows:
Initial Phone Consultation (typically 15-minutes): No fee
Individual Sessions (typically a 50-minute session): $150
Couple Sessions (typically a 50-minute session): $165
75 minute session; Individual, $200; Couples, $220
The full fee is required at the time of service, payable by check, cash, and credit/debit card. My goal is to be as flexible as possible and there is no charge for a missed appointment, although if it occurs close to our appointment time I do request that you text or call so that I know that you are safe, and that I may augment my schedule accordingly. If missed appointments become chronic then we will discuss them in session.
Please note that I do not participate in any insurance panels. Should you wish to file for reimbursement using out-of-network benefits, an e-bill will be provided with all the information necessary to submit claims to your insurance company. Depending on your insurer I may be able to file your claims electronically for PPO / Open Access clients. Clients may call their insurance company for information on how to file a claim.
